  12. My question is not listed above, how do I get it answered?

1.  How many coins can I donate?  As many as you wish.  Every coin you donate helps us accomplish our main goal of helping change nations by feeding people:  Physically, Spiritually, Emotionally & Practically!

2.  Do you accept paper money for donations?  Yes.  We accept all types of paper money, and coins which have value.

3.   Do you accept all coin(s)?  No.  Please do not send us known counterfeit coins.  Other than counterfeit, if you have a shoebox full or a safe full of coins, we will gladly accept them.  As to how to send your coins, please see the bottom or our donations page for shipping instructions.

4.  Can the coins be loose/raw or do they have to be "certified" by a grading company?  You may send us loose (raw) coins, or certified (slabbed) coins.   We gladly accept all coins and the same goes for paper money as well.

5.  What happens after you receive my coin?  When we receive your donation(s), your donation is logged, confirmed and a receipt is sent to you, the donor. As needed, we will send the coin(s) to be graded and also send them to an Independent Certified Appraiser. (These two steps are necessary to help you, our donor, receive the maximum legal value / tax deduction for your donation as well helping us meet necessary IRS rules.)  The coin(s) are then evaluated as to how we can get the most money for them: Auction, Sell wholesale, Ebay, etc. If the donor directs us to sell the coin(s) through a specific auction house than we gladly honor the request. The coin(s) are then sold, and the revenues received go to the ongoing support of the Ministries of Charity Coins. Its is a very simple, straightforward process.

6.  How can I get more information regarding your "ministries?"  Please feel free to write us with your specific question.  We will share as much information as possible as to who, what, when, where, why and how.  There may be times because of safety issues that we cannot disclose certain information (China ministries).  As much as possible though, we will gladly answer your questions.

7.  I have a friend that might be interested in Charity Coins. What do I do?  Our tendency is to respect people's privacy.  We ask you to share with them the information about Charity Coins.  Direct them to our website.  You can ask them if they would like information sent to them.  If so, contact us with their email and we will send them information without "bugging" them.  (We take a "treat others how you would like to be treated" attitude as much as possible.)

8.  Can I donate online with a credit card?  Yes.  While we do not yet accept credit cards on our site, you can donate to our causes with a credit card through PayPalPlease use our Paypal email recipient's account:  keystonekingdom@hotmail.com when donating through Paypal.  You do not have to be a Paypal member to donate thru paypal.  Please also make a note with your donation through Paypal that your donation is for Charity Coins.  Other than this option, we accept credit card donations from our donation page.  You will have to hand write out your credit card donation and mail it in.  We gladly accept checks and money orders for our charitable and humanitarian causes.  These are tax-deductible, of course.  For our Donation page click here.

9.  What do you do with my personal information?  No personal information is accepted through this website!  All personal information you send to us is kept extremely confidential.  We will never give out or sell your information, EVER!  Again, we treat you, our beloved donor, as we would like to be treated!

10.  How do I ship my coins to Charity Coins?  Please see the bottom of the Donations page for instructions on shipping.

11.  I am interested in the tax benefits from donating my coins.  Can you help?  Upon receipt of your coin you will be sent a charitable contribution receipt.  If you are interested in the tax benefits from charitable donations we will refer you to our sister website:  http://www.numanations.com/.  We also suggest you review IRS Publication 526 which sets forth the manner in which the IRS requires you to determine the value of your donated property.   If you are interested in the tax benefits of your coin donation the following information will be helpful:  Coin certification groups include: ACG, ANACS, GLOBAL, ICG, NGC, NTC, PCGS, PCI, SEGS and others. Please feel free to contact us about having your coins certified by any of the above organizations as well as having an Independent Certified Appraiser determine the value of your donation.  We will be glad to have both of these services performed for you.

12.  My question is not listed above, how do I get it answered?  Simply send us an email via our contact us page.  We will answer it as quickly as possible.
